Lab-Sized Micro / Nano Bubble Generator with Observation Tank
A compact experimental system designed for research, testing, and demonstration of micro and nano bubble technology. The unit produces extremely fine bubbles in water, while a clear observation tank allows researchers, engineers, and operators to visually study bubble formation, stability, and behaviour in real time.
Unlike full-scale treatment systems, this lab unit is designed specifically for controlled experimentation and visual analysis. The transparent tank enables observation of bubble density, suspension time, and dispersion patterns, making it an ideal tool for laboratories, universities, pilot testing, and technology development.
Key Features:
Transparent Observation Tank – A clear tank allows direct visual observation of micro- and nano-bubbles.
High-Efficiency Bubble Generation – Produces extremely fine bubbles for research and testing.
Compact Laboratory Design – Small footprint suitable for bench or pilot-scale testing.
Gas Compatibility – Operates using oxygen supplied through the lab model, providing a consistent gas source ideal for controlled experimental applications
Real-Time Bubble Observation – Ideal for studying bubble stability, size distribution, and dissolution characteristics.
Durable Construction – Built with corrosion-resistant components for reliable laboratory use.
Typical Applications:
Lab-scale micro/nano bubble systems are commonly used for:
Water treatment research
Oxygen dissolution studies
Aquaculture oxygenation testing
Nanobubble technology development
Environmental and wastewater experiments
University and industrial R&D laboratories
How It Works
Water is circulated through the micro/nano bubble generator, where gas is introduced under controlled conditions. The generator produces ultra-fine micro- and nano-bubbles, which are then discharged into the clear observation tank. Researchers can visually monitor bubble behaviour, measure gas dissolution performance, and conduct controlled experiments on bubble dynamics.
What is PSA Oxygen Generator (Pressure Swing Adsorption)
It is an on-site system designed to produce high-purity oxygen from ambient air. Instead of relying on delivered oxygen cylinders or liquid oxygen tanks, a PSA generator separates oxygen from nitrogen using a specialized adsorption process. This allows facilities to generate a continuous supply of oxygen safely, efficiently, and economically.
How a PSA Oxygen Generator Works
Air is composed of approximately 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen, and small amounts of other gases. A PSA generator uses a material called a molecular sieve (usually Zeolite) that selectively adsorbs nitrogen when compressed air is passed through it.
The process operates in repeating cycles using two adsorption towers:
Air Compression – Ambient air is compressed and filtered to remove moisture, oil, and particulates.
Adsorption Stage - The compressed air enters a tower packed with molecular sieves, which capture nitrogen while allowing oxygen to pass through.
Oxygen Collection - The separated oxygen is collected in a storage tank and supplied to the application.
Regeneration Cycle - While one tower is producing oxygen, the second tower depressurizes to release the captured nitrogen and regenerate the sieve material.
Continuous Operation - The two towers alternate cycles, ensuring a constant oxygen supply.

Common Applications:
PSA oxygen generators are widely used in industries requiring a consistent oxygen supply, including:
Ozone generation systems
Water and wastewater treatment
Aquaculture and fish farming
Medical oxygen supply systems
Industrial oxidation processes
Glass manufacturing and metal cutting
Integration with Ozone Systems:
For ozone generation systems, a PSA oxygen generator provides a stable, dry oxygen feed gas, significantly increasing ozone production efficiency compared to air. This improves ozone concentration, system performance, and overall treatment effectiveness.
How the System Works
The system integrates several technologies to deliver maximum gas transfer efficiency.
Oxygen Generation
A PSA oxygen generator produces high-purity oxygen from ambient air. This oxygen serves as the feed gas for the ozone generator, increasing ozone concentration and efficiency.
Ozone Production
The oxygen passes through an ozone generator, where an electrical discharge converts a portion of it into ozone (O₃). Ozone is a powerful oxidizer used for disinfection, organic breakdown, and water purification.
Nano Bubble Generation
Oxygen and ozone are introduced into water via a fine nano-bubble generator. This technology produces microscopic bubbles typically under 200 nanometers, which remain suspended in water for extended periods.
Enhanced Dissolution
Because fine nano bubbles are extremely small, they provide a much larger gas-to-water contact area, dramatically improving the efficiency of oxygen and ozone transfer.
Key Benefits:
Ultra-High Gas Transfer Efficiency : Nanobubbles significantly increase the dissolution rates of oxygen and ozone in water.
Long Bubble Retention : Nano bubbles remain suspended in water for extended periods, allowing longer reaction times and improved treatment performance.
Powerful Oxidation and Disinfection : Ozone rapidly destroys bacteria, viruses, algae, and organic contaminants.
Improved Oxygenation : Dissolved oxygen levels increase significantly, supporting biological activity and aquatic life.
Chemical Reduction : Ozone and oxygen oxidation can reduce or eliminate the need for chemical disinfectants.
Typical Applications:
Oxygen / Ozone / Nano Bubble generators are widely used in water treatment applications where high oxygen transfer and strong oxidation are required:
Drinking water treatment
Wastewater treatment
Aquaculture and fish farming
Algae control
Cooling tower water treatment
Food processing sanitation
Agricultural irrigation systems
System Integration:

Venturi injectors
Static mixers
Contact tanks
Handheld ozone meters
Together, these components create a complete water treatment solution that maximizes ozone utilization and ensures safe system operation.
