Puroxi Precision Nano Injection System

Precision Gas Transfer. Engineered Simplicity. Proven Performance.

The Puroxi Nano Bubble Nozzle uses a simple straight flow internal structure that allows water and gas to interact efficiently as they pass through the nozzle. Because the internal passage is smooth and free of moving or rotating components, the nozzle resists clogging and can operate reliably even in turbid or contaminated water.

The design allows inline installation into existing piping systems and enables stable fine bubble generation with long service life. The simplicity of the structure ensures consistent performance while minimizing maintenance and operational complexity.

Fine Bubble Technology

Fine bubbles are a general term for gas bubbles smaller than 100 micrometers in diameter. Bubbles ranging from approximately 1 to 100 micrometers are classified as microbubbles, while bubbles measuring several tens of nanometers to less than 1 micrometer are classified as ultra fine bubbles, commonly referred to as nanobubbles.

When fine bubbles are generated in water, they behave very differently from conventional millimeter scale bubbles. Bubbles smaller than approximately 60 micrometers gradually shrink due to surface tension effects and eventually collapse, dissolve, and disappear into the water. During this collapse process, the gas contained within the bubbles dissolves into the surrounding water, altering physical properties such as gas solubility behavior, surface tension, and electrical conductivity.

Application Areas

Water and Wastewater Treatment

The Puroxi Nano Bubble Nozzle is used in factory wastewater treatment, water purification processes, and flotation or separation of suspended solids. Fine bubbles support aerobic biological processes, improve gas transfer efficiency, and help reduce anaerobic conditions that contribute to odor and water quality issues.

Cleaning and Washing Processes

In cleaning applications, the nozzle enhances washing efficiency in piping systems and industrial equipment. Fine bubbles improve contact between water and surfaces, assisting in the removal of contaminants while reducing the need for chemicals and detergents.

Agriculture and Irrigation

In agricultural applications, the nozzle is used to improve irrigation water quality by increasing gas availability in water supplied to soil and root zones. It supports plant growth in greenhouse and open field systems by improving water conditions and reducing anaerobic stress in irrigation environments.

Aquaculture and Fisheries

The Puroxi Nano Bubble Nozzle supports oxygen delivery in ponds, tanks, and aquaculture systems. Applications have demonstrated improved survival rates, enhanced growth, shortened culture cycles, and increased yield efficiency in environmentally friendly aquaculture operations.

Food and Processing Applications

In food related processes, fine bubbles are used for freshness preservation, oxidation suppression, and water quality control. The gentle action of fine bubbles supports hygienic processing conditions without mechanical stress.

Energy and Operational Benefits

The nozzle operates without mechanical drives, blowers, or rotating components. Its static design minimizes maintenance requirements and reduces operating costs compared to conventional aeration systems. The nozzle integrates easily into existing water systems and is suitable for continuous operation.
