Puroxi design centre

System Designs & Typical Layouts

Puroxi designs each water-treatment system around the water, hydraulics, gas requirements, installation environment and the evidence needed to verify performance.

The design pathway

From Site Evaluation to Commissioning

01

Understand the water

Test the source and document the volume, geometry, temperature, salinity, biology and treatment objective.

02

Choose the treatment pathway

Determine whether the site needs gas transfer, circulation, algae control or another independent technology.

03

Select nozzle and turnover

Match nozzle flow and material to the volume, operating schedule, gas and water chemistry.

04

Select the pump

Use TDH and the pump curve to deliver flow and pressure at the nozzle.

05

Design gas and piping

Supply every gas port; size suction, discharge, branches, valves and manifolds.

06

Commission and verify

Record flow, pressure, gas, water-quality baseline, monitoring points and maintenance responsibilities.

Approved independent layout

Two Technologies Can Support One Water Body Without Becoming One Machine

Separate Puroxi nano-bubble pump, gas and nozzle system

Nano-bubble system

A pump moves water through the Puroxi nozzle while an approved gas source supplies every gas port. Piping returns treated water to the selected locations.

INDEPENDENT
SYSTEMS
Independently suspended and anchored Quattro DB 360

Quattro ultrasonic system

The Quattro DB 360 or Globe is separately suspended, electrically powered and independently anchored to a concrete or cinder-block anchor.
