Puroxi Ozone Water Systems

Puroxi ozone systems are designed as complete treatment processes with oxygen preparation, ozone generation, injection, contact, monitoring and off-gas safety.

Product overview

Ozone Must Be Designed as a Complete System

An ozone generator uses electrical energy to convert a portion of oxygen into ozone. The gas is then transferred into water so it can oxidize or disinfect selected contaminants before naturally decomposing back toward oxygen.

A complete design may require an oxygen generator, dryer, ozone generator, venturi or Puroxi Nano Bubble transfer equipment, static mixer, contact tank, compatible check valves, dissolved-ozone monitoring and an off-gas destructor.

How the system is arranged

From Source Water to Verified Treatment

01

Prepare dry air or oxygen feed gas

02

Generate ozone by controlled corona discharge

03

Inject and mix ozone into the water

04

Provide the required contact and reaction time

05

Monitor residual and safely destroy off-gas
